Norah Aalsma is a Public Relations and Marketing student at Taylor University. She is passionate about people and learning more about healthy lifestyles. She was born and raised in downtown Indianapolis and has seen it change and grow, which created her love for urban areas and cultivating community in the midst of them. 

She has developed her skills and experience in working with businesses and networking in her internship with The Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce (https://indychamber.com/). She also gained skills in volunteering, teamwork, data entry, and more in her internship with The Harrison Center in Indianapolis (https://www.harrisoncenter.org/).

During her time at Taylor University she has served as a resident RA, traveled with a class to Ireland, and served on a missions trip to Hungary. These trips have created her desire to travel often and experience more of the world around her.
